Synopsis
Toshi, a struggling millennial creator, launches #ToshisDailyChallengeClown to chase virality. Each morning he paints on a new clown face and films absurd skits for his dwindling followers. The posts explode, but the smiles begin lingering after he wipes the greasepaint away. Night after night the laughter follows him home. Reflections in mirrors move a beat too late. Strangers on the street flash the exact grin he drew that morning. What began as content becomes possession; the clown persona grows stronger each time he performs, feeding on attention until Toshi must choose between deleting the account or surrendering his face forever. The final challenge arrives live: paint the ultimate smile or watch everyone he knows become clowns themselves.
The story
Toshi posts his first clown video and watches the numbers skyrocket; strange echoes of his own laugh track him through empty subway cars and apartment hallways.
The painted alter ego begins hijacking his body during streams; friends and followers vanish or return with frozen rictus grins, forcing Toshi into a desperate underground meet-up with other cursed creators.
In a final rooftop broadcast Toshi refuses the last brushstroke, battles the manifested Clown King of his own creation, and ends the feed, shattering the cycle but leaving one last painted tear on his cheek.

The reflection’s grin widens until the glass cracks. TOSHI (CONT’D) Okay… that’s new.
