Synopsis

Every Tuesday, the #toxictuesday hashtag summons artists to post horrifying mutants and radiant toxic abstractions. This week the colors leak off the screen and into flesh, warping downtown into a glowing nightmare where street art comes alive and hungers. A ragtag collective of weirdartrebels must finish the ultimate toxic masterpiece to seal the breach, but each brushstroke mutates their own bodies and desires. As the mutants multiply and the authorities crack down, the artists discover their shared trauma fuels the most potent toxins. Friendships fracture, lovers mutate into one another, and the final canvas becomes a battleground between self-destruction and defiant creation. In a climactic rooftop showdown under radioactive rain, they choose whether to erase the art forever or let the beautiful poison reshape the world in their image.

INT. ABANDONED LOFT STUDIO - NIGHT

Blacklight tubes flicker. Five artists hunch over canvases dripping neon ooze. RIOT VOSS, 32, shirtless and paint-smeared, snaps a photo of his shrieking mutant portrait.

RIOT
#ToxicTuesday, rebels. Make it hurt pretty.

LUMEN KAY rolls her eyes, flings fluorescent splatter that lands on the wall and hisses. The splatter pulses, grows veins.

ASH
Uh, guys? That wall just blinked.

The portrait's eyes open. A wet, glowing tendril snakes out toward the phone light. Artists stumble back as the room fills with radioactive hum.

RIOT (grinning, terrified)
Post it. Now.

Why now

In an age of algorithm-driven toxicity, endless viral challenges, and climate dread, audiences crave stories where misfits weaponize the poison itself into defiant art, speaking directly to Gen-Z rebels who already weaponize memes against the system.
