Synopsis
In modern Shanghai, calligraphy prodigy Mei Lin finds her late grandfather’s final scroll pulsing with hidden depth; stepping inside, she soars through ink mountains that breathe, phoenixes made of swirling strokes, and floating villages suspended in negative space. Each realm is a chapter of her family’s suppressed history, now threatened by a spreading white void that erases everything it touches. To save both the art and her grandfather’s consciousness trapped inside it, Mei must master the rules of living ink—rewriting gravity, color, and time with her own brush—before the final stroke dries forever. As corporate developers threaten to demolish the last traditional studios, Mei’s journey forces her to choose between preserving the past or letting it become beautiful, intangible memory.
