Synopsis
Deep in the Amazon, a remote U.S. Army forward base monitors cartel activity until a brownish-black tentacled behemoth crashes their perimeter and seizes a hovering Black Hawk. As rain pours and mud swallows their defenses, the squad realizes the creature is not just attacking but commandeering their aircraft for unknown purposes. With comms down and reinforcements days away, the survivors must navigate flooded tents, booby-trapped clearings, and the creature’s whipping limbs that crush soldiers and machinery alike. Every plan to ground the chopper fails as the alien adapts, forcing the team to confront both the monster and the moral cost of their own classified experiments that may have summoned it. In a final, rain-lashed assault, the remaining soldiers rig the base’s fuel depot for detonation, betting everything on one last desperate gambit to bring down the alien chopper before it lifts off into the storm.
The story
A muddy jungle base in grey daylight hosts a small Army unit tracking cartel movements; suddenly a massive brownish-black alien with whipping tentacles erupts from the trees and seizes a departing helicopter, grounding the only escape vehicle.
Communication fails and the creature systematically dismantles defenses while using the chopper as both weapon and shield; soldiers uncover that their own black-ops experiments may have attracted it, turning allies against each other amid rising body count and flooding rains.
The last survivors lure the alien back to the base fuel depot for a final explosive showdown, sacrificing themselves to destroy the creature and the hijacked helicopter before it can escape into the wider world.

EXT. AMAZON JUNGLE BASE - DAY Grey daylight filters through dripping canopy. Sandbags ring a muddy clearing ringed by olive tents. A BLACK HAWK idles, rotors chopping wet air. LT. MARCUS HALE (40s, scarred) shouts over the din. HALE Wheels up in sixty! Patel, you’re on manifest. DR. RAJ PATEL clutches a tablet, eyes wide at incoming seismic spikes. PATEL Something’s moving under the treeline—fast. The ground trembles. A brownish-black tentacle slams onto the chopper’s skid, yanking it sideways. Soldiers scatter as the massive slimy body rises, whipping limbs smashing sandbags. The helicopter lurches, pinned. HALE Contact! Open fire! Muzzle flashes light the rain. The alien roars, dragging the chopper toward the trees.
Why now
In an era of climate-driven jungle conflicts, drone warfare, and fear of uncontainable biological threats, the film taps into public anxiety about isolated outposts facing unknowable enemies while questioning the hubris of militarized science.
