Synopsis
Milo Finch, a self-doubting junior storyboard artist, posts his wobbly first attempt at a swordfight online for laughs. He must learn to draw better fight choreography on the fly while the escalating battle threatens to redraw his city block by block. With his no-nonsense neighbor turned love-interest and a sarcastic eraser-wielding rival hot on his trail, Milo is dragged into a paper-thin multiverse where unfinished sketches become deadly plot holes. Every new frame he draws rewrites the rules, turning his timid first effort into an all-out war between polished pros and glorious amateur mess. As the final boss—a hyper-detailed studio executive villain—threatens to ink over everything imperfect, Milo must embrace his shaky lines to win, proving that raw first tries can still pack a knockout punch.
The story
Milo, an insecure junior animator, doodles his first messy battle scene and watches the figures animate. His apartment becomes a war zone as the crude fighters refuse to be erased.
Pursued by rival animators who want to finish the scene their way, Milo teams with his crush to sketch escape routes and upgrades while the fight spills into the real city, rewriting landmarks frame by frame.
