Synopsis

Betrayals force her to master powers that threaten to consume her, while a reluctant bond with a captured spirit offers the only path to victory. The climax erupts in a cataclysmic chase where sky, sea, and myth collide. Elara emerges not as savior but as a new force of nature, forever altering the balance between humanity and the ocean.
The story
Elara is introduced skimming the misty ocean, escaping spirit hunters while flashbacks reveal her curse and the drowned world's collapse.
She allies with rebels and a trapped sea spirit, battles the admiral's fleet through storm-ravaged waters, and learns the leviathan can only be killed by one who surrenders her humanity.
In the final confrontation Elara merges with the ocean's power, defeats the leviathan in an explosive wave duel, and chooses exile as eternal guardian rather than return to land.
