Synopsis
In the twilight haze of a rust-belt city where the sun never fully rises, an enigmatic fighter known only as Dusk prowls the alleys, ending street crime with a single devastating blow and the quiet farewell “Good night.” By day he is a ghost, haunted by the family he failed to protect years ago. When a ruthless syndicate begins replicating his signature strikes to frame him, Dusk must choose between vanishing forever or igniting a war that could finally bury the darkness or consume him. Allies fracture as his former protégé, now a crooked cop, hunts him for promotion, while a sharp-eyed journalist uncovers the syndicate’s plan to flood the streets with synthetic soldiers. Each dusk brings fiercer ambushes and harder choices until the final confrontation erupts on a rain-slicked rooftop at the exact moment the last light dies.
The story
We meet Dusk at twilight as he silently dismantles a gang; a brief flashback reveals his lost family and the oath he swore at dusk. A body left with his exact signature draws the attention of both police and the syndicate that wants him eliminated or recruited.
Hunted by his ex-protégé and the journalist who knows too much, Dusk is forced into a brutal underground arena where the syndicate tests cloned fighters; betrayals mount, his code cracks, and a devastating revelation ties the syndicate leader to his family’s death.
At the city’s highest spire during the final dusk, Dusk faces the leader in a rain-drenched duel; he chooses mercy over the killing blow, exposes the conspiracy, and walks away as the sun truly sets, leaving justice to the waking city.
